"Caro C's ethos and energy reminds me of great abstract female vocalists such as Bjork and Kate Bush. I wanted to capture some elements of wailing despair they convey in their music, as well as going somewhere electronic and minimalist with it. I tried to work strictly with samples from the track, and all the sounds contained within are derived from it."
