Let's step into the big big picture with it's vast vast vista tuned into the heart of what really matters that big big picture with its vast vast vista with ample scarcity and copious compassion trust and transcend if we trust (your biggest self) we’ll transcend those clumsy conclusions that trip up your life them clumsy conclusions trip up your mind that big big picture with it's vast vast vista plugged into the heart we share the air with those we could have been trust your biggest self and transcend those.. clumsy conclusions that trip up your life them clumsy conclusions that trip up your mind your biggest trust for your richest life

Trust 04:17
We’ve got to trust one another again in some essentials at least we’ve got to trust. A bigger trust, a trust of the sun that does not bother with moth and rust, bigger trust So much bigger We see it shining in one another. If it warms your heart’s quick core why then trust it, it forms one faithfulness more. And be, oh be a sun to me, not a weary, insistent personality And I’ll be, oh be a sun to you, not a weary, insistent personality A sun that shines goes dark, but shines again and entwines with the sunshine in me We see it shining in one another..

Kindness 04:55
It warms you up it softens you it's noticing the little things be quiet and listen to someone else be quiet and listen allow me to be myself allow me to be it's totally essential towards yourself and obviously towards everybody else just being able to connect with someone else and that shared recognition one of the kindest things lots and lots of kind things you have to notice the other life is too harsh without kindness especially from strangers She took the chain off her neck and she gave it to me and she said I just hope that this brings you the same luck it has brought me He offered and bought me a one way ticket to come here Not being frightened of difficult things difficult feelings, difficult art I was really struggling smiling at me in the street at the right moment just one of the most selfless things really Actually, I am fantastic But on my own I'm not that fantastic I'm more fantastic when I'm relating to another such a demonstration of care actually Everything gives to something else when I allow me to be myself Everything gives to something else that's just how it works.

When your phone can't get signal and the wi-fi's gone awry the broadband's interrupted feel adrift, unmissed U just can't trust u just can't see u just can't wield all the love that yields for you See-saw it will flow just as sure as u grow waxing and waning the oh so human woe U just can't trust today u just can't see u just can't wield all the love that yields for you just can trust just can see just might wield all the love all the love all the love See it's not just that you are thoroughly loveable loving and so loved for you are love itself my dear you are love itself Did you forget that you are love? Darn it, I forgot that I am love.

I am mammoth mountain my ravishing ravines sculpted by glacial tears. Ice caps pin-pointed the oceans can breathe the sky, the skies it clears. Feed from me bask in me bathe in me rest on me you’ve been needing this for years. Breathe with me Come with me Smile with me sleep deep on me and we can sleep for years. I am mammoth black mountain my treasured trees nestle beneath my skin the leaves fill their veins the fruits plump and sweet, needles to say my juices are the sheen. I…I…I… I love you because I love me I can love you as I learn to love me (I can merely learn to love me) Breathe with me come with me smile with me sleep deep on me and we can sleep for years. Glean all you need from my marvellous minerals your burdened seed insignificant to bear. Is greed not merely a hanker a need unable to feed? Go ahead, snatch a rock for your pocket rocket your pocket harbour me in your palm. For I am always in you I can always be in you you shall never, never tire my balm. Ready steady you don’t have to go. Ready steady glow.

"Everythiing Gives to Something Else" sees Caro singing more and playing simple Satie-esque piano with her more signatory emotive electronic soundtrack, wonderful guest musicians and quirky found sounds - listen out for a hot pan sizzling under cold water and squash balls for a clicky kick drum.
