Cosy Cave meditation for Deep Sleep

Here's a little visualisation I made when I was laid up/housebound a good few moons ago now. I thought this might be a helpful resource in light of the challenges of Covid-19.

This is my first binaural production experiment - binaural is a 360 degree headphone listening experience. I'm doing a binaural version of my 4th album "Electric Mountain" which is due out in Autumn 2020 Covid-19 allowing.
